Monique Font Delacroix, Chef/Founder created ARTPIE 15 years ago. Font Delacroix studied in France and Italy where she became a pastry chef. When Monique started making Artpies at her restaurant in Key Biscayne Florida, they became rapidly the star of the menu and that is how ARTPIE was born.
As a Pastry Chef, Monique introduced a series of innovations on the product, from a vegan dough to all the different flavors and outstanding presentation of each one of the Artpies.
Today ARTPIE has more than 28 flavors, the ingredients are organic and the presentation is unique.
